Tutoring Policy

Consultation

Once you have contacted me, I will email or call you to coordinate a time to meet. I would love to hear what struggles you have identified and want to find mastery in.

 

Assessment

I will bring some form of assessment on the first visit, so that I can personally get a feel for where your child is at.

Cancellation Policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy for tutoring sessions.

Most of my classes require a monthly commitment. Classes that are missed are not reimbursed.

Adventure School classes are canceled on rainy days

since we are fully outdoors.

Tardiness

I will often schedule appointments back to back. If you are late to an appointment, you can expect that our appointment will end at our agreed upon end time. 

In the case that I am ever late, I will be sure to stay for the agreed upon length of time or refund that portion of the session.
